Music Monday: Sinful Sundays with Niki Lindgren at Varnish

Niki found her love of performing in London, England where she grew up but eventually moved to Chicago to study improvisation with a BA in theatre from James MAdison University. She wrote and performed Immaculate Deception, Disposable Nation and Pratfall of Civilization. SHe was nominated for a Jeff Award as “Best Female Performer in a Revue”. She is a member of the musical improve group “Baby Wants Candy”, where she performed at both the Edinburgh and Piccolo-Spoleto Fringe Festivals.

You can now see her every Sunday singing songs of the 20′s 30′s and 40′s with Ben Bromfield on the keys starting at 8P. Varnish lis located at 118 E 6th St in the back of Cole’s where you enter through the unmarked door in the main dining room. Varnish opens at 7P and is open till 2A nightly.
