CLASS is an acronym of “Cocktail, Liqueur And Specialty Spirit” and that, along with the bars and bartenders that serve them, pretty much sums up their interests. They are the only truly global drinks publishing company – they travel the world to find the best examples of drinking culture. CLASS magazine is published in a weekly digital format and also goes to print six times a year. You can register for the digital edition of CLASS for free (which is the best decision you will ever make) but the print version – up to 180 pages of coffee table-style gorgeousness is available globally by subscription only. Last week they watched Japan’s Manabu Ohtake compete against the worlds’ best bartenders, themselves finalists of 31 national competitions, to win the coveted title.
